Job summary

PCI Federal is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee cradle-to-grave management of U.S. government contracts and subcontracts, reporting to the Contracts Manager.

The role requires an experienced professional who can operate with independence and provide strategic contractual guidance to program managers and leadership. This onsite position involves negotiating and drafting contract documents, ensuring FAR/DFAR compliance, flow-downs, risk mitigation, and liaison with Government

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract management experience, incl. DoD/FAR/DFAR.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
• Experience with complex US government contracts and subcontracts.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor on contractual matters and risk.
• Review terms, ensure compliance, and manage subcontract flow-downs.
• Negotiate, draft, and manage Subcontract, NDA, Teaming, and Consulting agreements.
• Interface with Government stakeholders to align terms with requirements.
• Lead resolution of disputes and contract performance issues.
• Support BD and Proposals with contractual input and guidance.
