Job summary

Kelly Services seeks a Sr Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to partner with hiring managers and optimize procurement for temporary staff. You will lead a small remote team, drive sourcing strategy, and ensure effective delivery of staffing services.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, maintaining KPI/SLA performance, and providing actionable data to the talent supply chain while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Recruitment background or equivalent with staffing experience.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with internal and external audiences.
• Experience using MS Office and procurement tools.
• Fieldglass experience and Admin Configuration understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of 2 TSCCs working remotely and develop skills.
• Consult with hiring managers to assess needs and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate bill rates with vendors.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide data to talent supply chain and maintain client relationships.
