Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to provide staffing expertise for onsite operations in Austin, TX. You’ll partner with hiring managers to determine sourcing strategies, manage requisitions, and guide vendor relationships.

You will analyze KPI data, coordinate interviews, negotiate bill rates, and ensure delivery of qualified candidates while maintaining compliance with Kelly processes and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Staffing industry background or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (one-on-one and group).
• Technical proficiency with MS Office, internet, and VMS tools.
• Data entry, analytical and organizational skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing support for a variety of positions; consult with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct consultation calls to assess needs and determine sourcing strategies.
• Provide complete data and documentation to supply chain.
• Monitor requisition progress and follow up.
• Negotiate bill rates to align with market rates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and tour candidates through the facility.
