Job summary

Catena Media in the United States is seeking a Content Lead to define and execute the content strategy across brands in the iGaming space. You will own editorial calendars, roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration with SEO, Product, Marketing, and Life Cycle teams to maximize brand reach.

You will lead editors and writers, ensure content quality and compliance, and drive performance through data-driven KPIs and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital content, SEO, or editorial leadership
• Proven ability to scale content programs
• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the content strategy and editorial calendar
• Manage quarterly and long-term content roadmaps
• Lead and mentor a team of editors and writers
• Drive cross-channel collaboration with SEO, product, marketing, and squads
• Define KPIs and report on progress
• Develop briefs, guidelines, and templates
• Optimize evergreen content for SEO and brand voice
• Guide backlink strategy and content for natural backlinks
• Oversee content calendar across multiple brands
• Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards
