Job summary

Caesars Digital in New Jersey is seeking a Content Promotion Strategy Manager to shape and execute promotions across iGaming brands. You will lead cross-functional efforts, forecast costs and impact, and ensure compliant, on-brand campaigns from strategy through launch.

The role requires multi-project leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to optimize offer ROI and player engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming or online sports.
• Understanding of iGaming platforms, player behavior, and regulatory environments.
• Fast paced environment, multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Able to handle high volume and sensitive team/player issues promptly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Preferred: experience in regulated U.S. & Canadian markets.
• Familiarity with loyalty design, gamification, and experiential marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Director in leading the design and implementation of content promotion strategy.
• Forecast promotional cost, redemption, and player-value impact of promotions.
• Partner across CRM, Promotion Execution, Publishing, Studio, VIP, and operations.
• Evaluate and report on offer ROI, NGR impact, engagement, and retention Metrics.
• Lead a team of one or more specialists to support promotions workflow.
• Act as key promotions contact for game suppliers.
• Develop strategies to cross-sell players between game categories.
• Ensure promotions and communications meet advertising, regulatory, and legal standards.
• Work with Creative Studio to deliver on-brand promo content (visual & copy).
• Partner with property and loyalty teams to leverage assets for promos.
• Conduct competitive analysis reporting and recommendations for campaigns.
• Manage the promotions communications tracker and Wrike tickets.
• Oversee reviews, deployment schedules, targeting criteria, and markets prior to launch.
• Manage promotion Terms & Conditions development and documentation.
• Build and maintain KQC’s for campaigns.
