Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Head of Content to lead content strategy across the brand portfolio in the Miami area. You will drive growth, oversee editors and writers, and ensure SEO-driven, regulation-compliant content that earns backlinks and elevates brand visibility.

You will partner with SEO, Product, Marketing and Life Cycle teams, manage editorial calendars and budgets, and mentor a high-performing content team while embedding AI to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital content, SEO, or editorial roles with leadership responsibility.
• 2+ years managing content teams.
• Experience in SEO affiliate marketing or iGaming is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEO, conversion funnels, and user behavior analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies to drive growth, visibility, and engagement within the brand portfolio.
• Lead content editors and writers and ensure timely execution of website content roadmaps.
• Define and oversee content strategy and editorial calendars aligned with brand goals and squad OKRs.
• Manage quarterly and long-term content roadmaps and budgets to achieve goals.
• Incorporate AI into workflows to handle time-consuming tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, Marketing, and Life Cycle teams to repurpose and distribute content.
• Guide writers to attract backlinks and elevate visibility in the iGaming space.
