Job summary

Redcore Group is seeking an experienced SEO leader to drive organic growth for mono-brand projects and SEO clusters in the iGaming space. You will own strategy, execution, and measurement across technical SEO, on-page and off-page activities, and testing initiatives.

You will influence revenue growth with a data-driven approach, oversee link-building programs, and collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to scale branded sites.

Qualifications

• Mandatory 2 years experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proven hands-on SEO experience with successful cases of increasing organic traffic and revenue.
• Experience launching websites from scratch and growing mono-brand websites or brand-focused SEO projects.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, particularly in building and scaling multi-site SEO architectures.
• Deep understanding of branded keyword research and identifying new opportunities for launching SEO clusters.
• Proven experience with link building for mono-brand or mono-cluster projects.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing funnel and business metrics beyond traditional SEO KPIs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, autonomy, and focus on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow dedicated mono-brand websites or SEO clusters as independent products.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including Technical SEO, internal linking, and off-page SEO and link building.
• Design, launch, and evaluate SEO experiments, test hypotheses, and scale successful initiatives.
• Take full ownership of business performance, focusing on revenue growth and long-term project success.
