Jobgether is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist (Senior/Lead) for an international, fully remote role in the United States. Qualifications

3+ years of professional SEO experience in gambling/iGaming with organic growth responsibility.
Experience with European markets; Tier 1 markets is a plus.
Recent success promoting websites in competitive/grey niches (last 3–6 months).
Deep understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors and updates.
Strong technical SEO knowledge: architecture, indexing, site optimization.
Experience handling penalties, domain blocks and complex SEO challenges.
On-page/off-page SEO knowledge including content strategy and link acquisition.
Ability to brief content, development, analytics and outreach teams.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and quick adaptation to changes.
Fluent Ukrainian (written and spoken).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with automating processes; comfortable with LLM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals to achieve strong organic rankings.
Drive top Google positions while monitoring updates, volatility and penalties.
Plan and execute content, link-building, on-page, off-page and technical SEO initiatives.
Analyze SERPs, competitors, markets and opportunities to identify growth areas.
Define SEO KPIs, monitor performance and prepare regular reports.
Manage SEO budgets, optimize investments and ROI.
Develop, test and evaluate SEO hypotheses; explore alternative channels.
Assign technical/SEO tasks across teams and ensure timely delivery.
Diagnose performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate cross-functional SEO initiatives and improve processes.
