Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking an analytical and client-focused executive to support clients' commercial activities by understanding their business, analyzing it, and identifying strategic opportunities from NielsenIQ solutions.

You will manage the commercial relationship, train clients on methodologies, and prepare presentations while collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Management, Marketing, Commercial or Industrial fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in mass consumption, consulting, Retailers, or related.
• Advanced English; ability to prepare presentations and understand macroeconomic scenarios.
• Microsoft Office with Excel and PowerPoint intermediate level desirable.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate risks in relation to the account and propose solutions.
• Develop analyses to identify opportunities and threats for client businesses.
• Manage the commercial relationship with customers and address their requirements.
• Take administrative control of client accounts.
• Train clients on NielsenIQ methodologies.
