Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Consulting Engineering Customer Project Manager to lead delivery of complex customer projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and ensure customer requirements are met with quality and safety standards.

The role demands strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate technical and commercial aspects of projects. This is an onsite U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent.
• PMP preferred.
• 3–5 years PM experience in construction, electrical gear or mechanical systems.
• Understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of facility/building or IT infrastructure systems.
• Experience leading a project team and supervising technical staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are met at onsite project locations.
• Provide upfront sales support during quotation phase when needed.
• Validate the project’s statement of work and contract terms with the customer.
• Develop and share a project schedule with the customer.
• Coordinate Schneider Electric onsite activities and subcontractors.
• Monitor project work and report progress to the team.
• Lead project close including financial reconciliation and training completion.
• Propose alternate products and value engineering.
• Resolve issues with customers to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure project execution meets customer requirements within cost and margin.
