Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Consulting Engineering Customer Project Manager to lead medium-scale customer projects from planning through execution. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, manage contracts and SOWs, and coordinate with internal facilities and vendors.

Key requirements include a BS in engineering or comparable experience, 3–5 years in project management for complex systems, PMP preferred, and strong MS Office skills. Competitive rewards and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or related field required with construction/IT experience.
• Experience managing medium to large projects in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with subcontractor management, project finances, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from initiation to close, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Validate statements of work and contract terms with customers, acting as lead contact.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Monitor execution, report progress, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Close projects with financial reconciliation and post-shipment support.
• Propose value engineering and alternate products to improve outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with Schneider Electric safety policies on site.
