Job summary

McKesson’s Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS) seeks a Consultant Relationship Director to build and expand strategic relationships with health & benefits consultants and brokerage firms across the Northeastern U.S. You will educate, position RxSS as a leader in transparency, and drive qualified employer opportunities for the RxSS Employer Sales team.

In this role you’ll collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to align consultant feedback with RxSS strategy and go-to-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years in health & benefits consulting or related field.
• Experience engaging national or large regional consulting organizations.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence consultant audiences.
• Experience selling digital health or SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with health & benefits consultants.
• Educate consultants on RxSS value propositions and ideal client profiles.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive opportunities.
• Track engagement and influence in CRM and reporting.
