Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Consultant Relationship Director to build and expand strategic relationships with health & benefits consultants and brokerage firms across the Northeastern U.S. You will educate, influence, and position RxSS as a leader in pharmacy transparency, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing.

The role emphasizes relationship-first strategies, education, trust-building, and cross-functional teamwork to drive qualified employer opportunities for the RxSS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in health & benefits consulting or related fields.
• Experience with benefits consulting/brokerage and large national or regional firms is preferred.
• Experience selling digital health or SaaS solutions and familiarity with employer-sponsored benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with assigned health & benefits and pharmacy consulting firms.
• Educate consultants through in-person/virtual meetings, trainings, and events on RxSS value.
• Collaborate to identify target employer prospects and facilitate introductions to RxSS team.
• Represent RxSS at consultant-hosted meetings and industry events to expand brand presence.
• Track consultant engagement activity and outcomes in CRM systems.
