Job summary

McKesson's Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS) seeks a Consultant Relationship Director to build and expand strategic relationships with health and benefits consultants across the Northeastern U.S. This role focuses on education, trust-building, and positioning RxSS as a leader in pharmacy transparency.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to drive employer opportunities and inform strategy. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of health & benefits consulting, brokerage, strategic account management, or business development.
• Experience engaging national or large regional consulting organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with SaaS health tech and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with health & benefits and pharmacy consulting firms.
• Educate consultants through meetings, trainings, and events on RxSS value.
• Identify target employer prospects and facilitate introductions to the RxSS team.
• Represent RxSS at consultant meetings, vendor events, and industry forums.
• Strengthen engagement with priority consultant organizations via tailored plans.
• Gather consultant feedback and market insights to inform go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on pipeline health and risks.
• Track consultant engagement in CRM to support metrics.
• Support RFPs and opportunity assessments with internal teams.
