Job summary

McKesson's Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS) is seeking a Consultant Relationship Director to build and expand strategic relationships with health & benefits consultants and brokerage firms across the Northeastern U.S.

You will educate consultants, drive qualified employer opportunities for the RxSS Employer Sales team, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to align strategy and expand brand presence; travel about 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health & benefits consulting, brokerage, or related fields.
• 7+ years in health & benefits consulting, brokerage, strategic account management, or business development.
• Established relationships with national or large regional consulting organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with health & benefits and pharmacy consultants to gain access to key offices and stakeholders.
• Educate consultants through in-person and virtual meetings, trainings, and events on RxSS value and ideal client profiles.
• Collaborate with consultants to identify target employer prospects and enable high-quality introductions to the RxSS Employer Sales team.
• Represent RxSS at consultant-hosted meetings, vendor events, and industry gatherings to deepen relationships and brand presence.
• Gather consultant feedback and market insights to inform sales strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to monitor pipeline health and align on account strategies.
• Track consultant engagement in CRM and support referrals, meetings, and pipeline influence.
• Support consultant-driven requests such as RFPs in partnership with internal stakeholders.
