Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking an experienced CWEO/Project Workface Effectiveness Leader to act as a trusted advisor on Bechtel projects. You will partner with project management, clients, and subcontractors to elevate leadership and productivity on site, shaping performance of the highest quality teams.

The role is deployed with CWEO project teams, collaborating with CWE Operations Manager and HR/LR teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or 6 years’ equivalent degree/experience.
8-10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Understanding of general Construction practices and basic knowledge of Project Life Cycle.
2-4 years’ direct experience in workforce development or equivalent learning and development field.
Classroom facilitation skills and knowledge of Discovery Learning.
Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team.
Experience with consultation techniques.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Intermediate Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Establish strategic partnerships with site management and supervision.
Manage program deployment (processes, programs, tools, reporting) and resource planning.
Create targeted strategies addressing organizational needs to support business initiatives and improve results.
