Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a M&T Construction Workface Effectiveness (CWE) Manager in Reston, VA to lead end-to-end CWE programs across Manufacturing & Technology construction projects.

You will drive productivity improvements, develop KPI frameworks, and partner with HR to enhance workforce capability while guiding two integrated areas: Operations Excellence and Professional Development. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 10–17 years of experience.
• Experience leading productivity improvement or workforce programs.
• Ability to lead programs without direct authority and present to senior leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and execution of CWE programs across M&T projects with standard methodologies.
• Drive productivity improvement through analysis, Lean Construction, and DWA.
• Develop and report KPI frameworks, scorecards, and benchmarking across portfolios.
• Identify trends and risks via data analytics; partner with leadership for improvements.
• Lead CWE professional development programs and training adoption.
• Provide oversight to CWE program leads and ensure cross-project alignment.
