Bechtel is seeking a CWE Deployment leader to drive construction workface effectiveness training across offices, project sites, and units. You will guide the deployment team, coordinate logistics, and ensure programs are usable in real project conditions.

This part-time telework role requires three in-person days weekly at Reston, VA, with travel up to 40%. You will collaborate with Design and project teams, manage SuccessFactors and SharePoint, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years total work experience.
• Experience leading teams, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CWE Professional Development Deployment team.
• Direct the deployment of approved programs across projects and units.
• Own program logistics: scheduling, enrollment, platform setup, facilitator prep, site readiness.
• Lead or coordinate facilitators for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Track engagement and evaluation outcomes using Power BI dashboards.
