Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and execution of CWE programs across M&T construction projects.
• Develop, monitor and report performance metrics for CWE objectives.
• Establish KPI frameworks and benchmarking for project performance.
• Lead professional development programs like ConstructionOnboarding and ConstructionTech@Bechtel.
• Ensure training effectiveness and business impact through KPIs.
