Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a CWE Manager for Manufacturing & Technology construction projects. The role leads end-to-end program execution, governance, and continuous improvement of workface effectiveness initiatives across multiple sites.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive craft productivity, workforce capability, and training programs. This position requires travel up to 25% and a strong background in Lean Construction and KPI-based performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading construction productivity improvement or workforce effectiveness programs.
• Experience developing and managing KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance measurement systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead CWE deployment and execution across M&T projects with consistent methodology.
• Drive productivity improvement through analysis, DWA, Lean Construction, and Workface Planning assessments.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPI frameworks across CWE programs.
• Partner with leadership to identify improvement opportunities and implement tools and techniques.
• Lead development programs including onboarding and training initiatives across projects.
