Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Develop relationships with candidates through all recruitment stages.
• Collaborate with People + Culture leadership to identify talent needs.
• Maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for peak hiring periods.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align career opportunities.
• Maintain ATS records of candidate touchpoints.
• Represent the company at industry events.
