Job summary

mcfa is seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to join our Lancaster, PA team. This on-site role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for vertical projects, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of scheduling experience, a strong understanding of construction sequencing, and the ability to present clear schedule reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling for vertical construction projects (e.g., commercial buildings, high-rise structures).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays, providing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders.
