Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Construction Scheduler to partner with the Project Manager to build timetables, allocate resources, and ensure on-time project completion. You will coordinate with leads and subcontractors to maintain calendars, analyze critical paths, and support weekly and monthly reporting for multiple facilities projects.

The role requires 5+ years in scheduling, strong knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Access.

Qualifications

Must possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Must have working knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project.
At least five (5) years of relevant scheduling experience.
Experience in development of baseline schedules and progress analysis.
Customer interface experience preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years scheduling in telecommunications or related field.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and other business apps.

Responsibilities

Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
Analyze cost and resource graphs to verify schedule progress and identify issues.
Develop, manage, update and monitor project schedules.
Coordinate with Project Management to create and maintain project calendars.
Analyze critical path and resolve scheduling issues with the project team.
Handle schedule-related tasks including CO management and subcontractor coordination.
Prepare elements for weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
