Zusammenfassung

WIELAND is seeking a Corporate Scheduler to develop, maintain, and oversee master and project schedules across the construction portfolio. You will support project teams with critical path analysis, progress tracking, and schedule risk mitigation, aligning timelines with corporate standards.

You will collaborate with Preconstruction and Operations to ensure schedules are developed early, maintained, and integrated with the project model and cmBuilder, driving on-time project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of CPM scheduling experience.
• 5 years of construction scheduling experience across multiple projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or OPC and related scheduling tools.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Operations to establish preliminary project schedules.
• Identify task dependencies, durations, and sequencing for safe construction progress.
• Analyze past project data to support timeline development.
• Update and track schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide monthly schedule summary analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
• Resource-load schedules to project labor demands and decision making.
• Coordinate project schedule with project model and cmBuilder.
