Job summary

Worley is seeking a skilled scheduler to prepare and maintain detailed project schedules for proposals and ongoing projects. You will ensure accurate planning, tracking, and documentation while delivering scheduling information to support decision-making.

The role requires established planning or scheduling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of relevant planning or scheduling experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and updating engineering, construction, or project schedules.
• Understanding of scheduling principles, including activity sequencing, durations, milestones, dependencies, progress tracking, and forecast dates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules in accordance with project requirements.
• Develop schedules for proposals and projects, including activities, durations, sequencing, milestones, and deliverables.
• Update schedules regularly to reflect status, progress, changes and forecast dates.
• Monitor planned vs actual progress and identify schedule changes and risks.
• Prepare scheduling reports and provide accurate project information to management and teams.
• Coordinate with project members to gather progress updates and maintain schedule information.
