Qualifications

• 5–10 years of scheduling experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and critical path methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align on timelines and deliverables.
• Perform CPM schedule analysis and identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress, update schedules regularly, and generate reports on milestones and completion forecasts.
• Coordinate procurement scheduling to ensure timely material deliveries and subcontractor mobilization.
• Lead schedule review meetings and provide insight into sequencing and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and scheduling specifications.
• Provide scheduling support for bids, baseline schedules, and time impact analyses.
• Train and mentor project teams on scheduling best practices and software tools.
