Job summary

Qualifications

• College Degree: Construction Management or Engineering (civil, industrial, mechanical, construction)
• Course work in estimating or scheduling recommended but not required
• Experience in construction or manufacturing encouraged; no experience is not disqualifying
• Interests: Construction, scheduling, information systems, data analytics, BI, construction tech
• Software Experience: Primavera P6 is a bonus; MS Office; collaboration tools; database management

Responsibilities

• Support Schedule Manager with group and project responsibilities
• Develop pursuit and proposal schedules
• Develop master project schedules
• Develop detailed construction schedules
• Enter activities, durations, sequences into Primavera
• Schedule management and controls
• Update progress in scheduling software
• Prepare schedule update reports and graphics
• Conduct schedule analysis and data mining
• Review schedule health and project performance
• Estimate square footage and quantities as needed
• Cost loading of schedule activities
• Manage Whiting-Turner’s schedule database and Primavera
• Site-visit to verify progress and update CPM
