Job summary

Willmeng Construction is seeking a Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules across multiple projects in Phoenix. You will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and trade partners to build baseline timelines and recover schedules as needed.

The role is office-based with regular scheduling software use and periodic site visits (1–2 per week) to verify progress and coordinate with field staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of CPM scheduling experience in construction.
• Degree in CM/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6; MS Project knowledge preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and contract docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update baseline and working CPM schedules across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to define durations and critical path.
• Track progress, issue updates, and report variances to teams and leadership.
• Conduct what-if analyses to evaluate delays and recovery plans.
• Coordinate subcontractor input and integrate into master schedule.
• Prepare narratives, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports for owners.
• Support preconstruction with preliminary schedules for bids.
