Job summary

Willmeng Construction, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules across multi-project portfolios. You will partner with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to build baseline timelines, track progress, and flag risks before they impact delivery dates.

The role is office-based with scheduling software usage and periodic site visits, requiring independent judgment and cross-functional collaboration to recover project schedules when necessary.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CPM scheduling experience in a construction environment.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; working knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and working CPM schedules for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and partners to align schedules.
• Analyze schedule progress, identify variances, and communicate risks to leadership.
