Job summary

Hoar Construction seeks a Schedule Manager to lead schedule analysis, develop master program schedules, and monitor schedule risk on major projects. You will collaborate with project teams to produce recovery schedules and provide timely reporting to clients and leaders.

The role requires traveling up to 25% and working with designers, contractors, and owners to implement schedule best practices in contract documents and ensure alignment of cost and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–7 years of project management or control solutions experience on major projects.
• Experience with CPM scheduling using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Power BI; familiarity with dashboards is a plus.
• Experience with project management information systems such as Procore.

Responsibilities

• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables on large capital projects.
• Provide support to project teams to manage owner schedules and report schedule information.
• Develop master program schedules using current data and material lead times.
• Analyze schedules for risks, delays, and mitigation plans; support recovery schedules.
• Perform earned value analysis for progress monitoring and forecasting.
• Identify metrics to measure progress and schedule performance.
• Develop cash flow projections if required.
• Lead data analytics and reporting using loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
• Review contractor pay requests from progress and time-impacts perspectives.
• Ensure adherence to standard work breakdown structures for reporting.
