Job summary

Hoar Construction seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead the Project Controls group, overseeing budget, schedule, change management, cost and risk analysis across major construction programs.

You will develop and maintain program control databases, deliver weekly/monthly status reports, and coordinate with PMs to ensure on-time, on-cost project delivery. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10-15 years of project management experience on large construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, accounting, procurement, and contract management knowledge.
• Analytical skills for cost, cashflow, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project controls teams and tools.
• Track budgets, contracts, change orders, and costs.
• Develop and maintain program control databases and reports.
• Provide regular progress reporting to inform timelines and costs.
• Maintain contractual and schedule alignment across projects.
• Support change control, claims, and risk management processes.
• Provide training and guidance on project controls best practices.
