Job summary

HPM is seeking a Schedule Manager to analyze construction schedules, develop master programs, and perform delay analysis across large capital projects. You will lead schedule management, reporting, risk tracking, and collaborate with project teams to improve schedule performance, using tools like Primavera P6, Procore, and Power BI.

Travel up to 25% may be required; a Bachelor's in a related field and strong CPM scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Building Science, Accounting or Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience with CPM Scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI) and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital projects.
• Provide support to project teams to manage owner schedule and report schedule information.
• Develop master program schedules and analyze delays and risks.
• Oversee schedule control, prepare monthly Schedule and Change Management reports.
• Identify schedule improvement strategies to reduce time and support on-time completion.
