Job summary

HPM is seeking a Senior Schedule Manager to lead schedule analysis and control across large capital projects. You will develop master programs, analyze delays, and implement best practices in contract documents. Significant travel up to 25% may be required.

You will guide schedule data collection, risk reporting, and recovery planning, coordinating with project teams and clients through the full lifecycle of projects and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Building Science, Accounting or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of project management or control solutions experience on major projects and programs.
• Proficient with CPM scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Procore or other project management information systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large capital projects and programs.
• Provide support to project teams to manage the owner schedule, including setup and reporting of schedule information.
• Develop master program schedules and detailed construction schedules as needed.
