Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team, bringing experience in large-scale construction programs across data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences and energy sectors. The role covers risk identification, quantitative analysis, and proactive risk management within integrated project controls.

You will work with contractors and client teams to optimize cost, schedule and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
• Demonstrated experience within a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
• Deep knowledge and experience with risk identification, facilitation and techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods.
• Proficient in process mapping, root causes analysis, problem solving, and value-stream mapping.
• Familiarity with web-based database tools – ARM, Predict, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling and budget management.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning and monitor overall risk exposure.
• Collaborate with contractors to assess risks and stakeholders' views affecting them.
• Produce risk reports timely to communicate threat and opportunity status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform contingency levels.
• Develop and improve risk management services for the client.
• Lead end-to-end risk management on multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans and processes per client requirements and frameworks.
• Integrate risk management with cost, schedule, change control and reporting.
