Job summary
American Global is seeking a Contractual Risk Manager to join our Infrastructure team. You will analyze contract risk and advise on risk allocation for major construction projects, including design-build and P3, and review JV, design, and subcontractor agreements.

Qualifications
- JD or equivalent legal qualification with focus on construction risk.
- Experience in contract analysis, risk allocation, and negotiation within construction.
Responsibilities
- Analyze major construction and infrastructure contracts for risk allocation and indemnification.
- Support contract negotiations by identifying exposures and advising on terms.
- Evaluate insurance requirements and project risk profiles.
- Review joint venture, design, and subcontractor agreements for risk allocation.
- Collaborate with legal, insurance, and risk teams to develop risk strategies.
- Contribute to client strategy, business development, and thought leadership.
- Translate complex provisions into practical risk considerations.
