You will analyze major construction and infrastructure contracts, focusing on risk allocation, indemnification, and insurance terms, while supporting negotiations and risk transfer strategies.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification required.
• Legal experience in construction, infrastructure, or energy.
• Deep knowledge of contract analysis, negotiation, indemnification, and risk allocation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze major construction and infrastructure agreements focusing on risk allocation, indemnities, and insurance terms.
• Support contract negotiations by identifying exposures and guiding risk allocation.
• Evaluate insurance requirements and develop risk management and insurance strategies.
• Create risk reports combining contract analysis with technical risk assessments.
• Bridge between contractors, legal teams, and insurance professionals to translate provisions into practical risk considerations.
• Review joint venture, design, and subcontractor agreements with attention to indemnities and liability.
• Assist in client and business development strategies using industry insights.
• Contribute to thought leadership through articles, panels, and presentations.
