Job summary

JHL Constructors is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to support field and office management across assigned projects. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontract coordination, and procurement, guiding the team toward project success.

Responsibilities include development of procurement plans, cost controls, quality assurance, and maintaining owner relationships. Requires 5+ years in vertical construction and a CM degree.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and 5+ years of experience in the vertical construction industry as a PM/SE or Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Market JHL and pursue future projects with BD support.
• Review project cost estimates with pre-construction.
• Oversee PM, APM, and support Superintendent.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and cost controls.
• Review schedules, budgets, labor, and equipment plans monthly.
• Manage subcontractor commitments and subcontracts with detailed scopes.
• Maintain quality control plans and ensure adherence to JHL standards.
• Oversee document control logs (submittals, RFIs, ASIs, changes).
• Assist in procurement scheduling and prioritization with team.
• Lead safety, storm water compliance, and site documentation.
