Job summary

JHL Constructors, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to support field and office management, manage subcontractor procurement, and develop schedules and budgets.

You will collaborate with the Project Superintendent and Project Engineer to drive project success across multiple sites. The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction or engineering and at least five years in civil construction PM or related leadership, with strong communication, safety, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• Minimum five years of civil construction PM/Senior PM/ Superintendent experience.

Responsibilities

• Market JHL and assist in chasing future projects (RFPs, estimates, interviews).
• Develop project cost estimates and interface with clients during design development.
• Oversee Project Engineer and support Senior Project Superintendent.
• Manage project field budgets and cost controls.
• Issue subcontracts with detailed scopes and manage procurement plan.
• Develop and audit the project quality control plan per JHL standards.
• Maintain project document control logs (submittals, RFI, ASI).
• Train Project Engineer to progress toward PM role.
• Coordinate procurement schedules with Project Engineer and Superintendent.
• Assist with corrective action when subcontractors miss schedules.
• Understand contract documents and change orders.
• Attend OAC and coordination meetings representing the Company.
