Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing construction team. You will own projects from preconstruction through completion, guiding safety, quality, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring project teams.

You will lead preconstruction activities, manage GMPs and budgets, develop procurement strategies, and coordinate with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal staff to deliver projects on

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on onsite construction experience.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction and procurement processes.
• Experience with subcontractor prequalification and trade partner negotiations.
• Ability to perform project risk assessments and mitigation.
• Experience developing budgets, GMPs, schedules, and forecasts.
• Strong contract and document control knowledge.
• Lead constructability reviews and value engineering efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop project teams.
• Adaptable handling challenging project conditions and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focusing on safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Participate in preconstruction activities including risk assessments and procurement strategy.
• Develop and present project GMPs and budgets.
• Develop procurement strategies and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop schedules and mitigate schedule risks.
• Review contracts for risks and issues.
• Lead teams through construction challenges and maintain field-office communication.
• Lead lessons-learned and share best practices.
• Mentor PMs and other team members; assist with onboarding and retention.
