Vericon Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in New Jersey, guiding planning, procurement, and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle complex schedules and bids for projects ranging from $1M to $30M.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel and Procore.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.

Mansioni

• Lead planning and execution of construction projects to meet on time, scope, budget, and quality.
• Review plans, specifications and documents to develop accurate bids.
• Procure subcontractors, labor and materials ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Monitor project financial health and report to stakeholders.
• Oversee construction from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
