You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, and apply best practices in scheduling, budgeting, contracts, blueprints, and safety on site.

Experience with ProCore and Primavera P6 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil construction management with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies.
• Solid understanding of contracts, blueprints reading, schematics, and relevant regulations in the construction industry.
• Prior experience on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Utilize construction management software for project scheduling, tracking progress, and managing resources.
• Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for project costs.
• Oversee the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
• Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
