Job summary

ENGICON CM is seeking an experienced Project/Construction Manager to oversee pre-construction through close-out for complex projects. You will coordinate with designers, agencies, and project staff to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include budget and schedule control, contractor coordination, and handling Change Orders and payment processes, with emphasis on compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years' full time professional experience in project/construction management for complex commercial/public/educational facilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and schedules on projects.
• Knowledge of pre-construction, bid, award, and close-out phases.

Responsibilities

• Manages the pre-construction, bid/award, construction and close-out phases of assigned projects.
• Reviews pre-construction documents and provides comments to the Designer.
• Plans and prepares reports on project status for upper management.
