Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service to clients and drive project success through governance, scheduling, and cost control.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and common PM tools. On-site presence is required for major milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
