Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and suppliers; managing milestones, budgets, and governance; and producing formal status reports to ensure timely delivery. On-site leadership and a focus on best practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with Procore and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
