Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, supporting large-scale construction projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, monitor milestones, and ensure design standards are applied across projects.

The role requires a bachelor's in construction management or civil engineering and 5–7 years of PM experience, with strong Excel/Procore proficiency and communication skills. On-site presence may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills with the broader team.
• Effective presentation skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects and produce status reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and manage design team interfaces.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, GCs and regional stakeholders.
