Job summary

Integra in Quanah, TX is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE, 5+ years of PM experience in construction, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience managing residential/commercial/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and legal guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or Procore.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage project teams including site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement migration strategies.
• Control project costs and manage changes to scope or schedule.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and conflicts during construction.
• Conduct project closeout procedures and ensure client satisfaction.
