Integra in Quanah, TX seeks a hands-on Site Operations Executive to steer daily on-site activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company procedures.

You will coordinate with logistics, maintenance, HR, and other teams, monitor staffing, track inventory, and support onboarding; join a team that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in operations, business, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven site operations, logistics, or facility coordination experience.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Clear communication across teams and levels.
• Experience with health and safety practices and site compliance.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor staffing levels, shift coverage, and task assignments to keep things running on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, maintenance, HR, etc.) to support operations.
• Track inventory, supplies, or equipment as needed, and flag shortages or maintenance issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff on-site processes.
• Identify inefficiencies or risks and suggest improvements to workflows or systems.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, incidents, or KPIs.
• Support audits, inspections, and reporting as required by management.
