Job summary

Integra is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial data center construction projects from inception to completion. You will drive scheduling, collaborate across teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Based in Quanah, TX, you will supervise schedules using Primavera P6, coordinate with stakeholders, and continuously improve scheduling processes while ensuring adherence to standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years related experience as listed.
  • Proven experience as a construction scheduler or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling techniques.
  • Proficient in Primavera or MS Project and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage workflow.
  • Analyze progress and identify delays, recommending solutions.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and update stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports communicating scheduling status to management.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and project specs.
  • Coordinate with procurement and resource management for materials and labor.
  • Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and implement improvements.
  • Serve as main point of contact for scheduling inquiries.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead high-impact commercial data center construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our clients’ strategic goals, timeline, and budget. This role requires a deep blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‑on project management to drive operational success and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

What you will do?
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using scheduling software Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, product managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to create and manage project workflow.
  • Analyze project progress and identify any potential delays or issues, recommending solutions to maintain project schedules.
  • Conduct regular status meetings to monitor project timelines and update stakeholders on progress.
  • Prepare reports to communicate project scheduling status to management and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project specifications in all scheduling processes.
  • Coordinate with procurement and resource management to ensure timely availability of materials and labor.
  • Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and concerns.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree four-year college or university; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques.
  • Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
