Job summary

Integra is seeking a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee all project aspects on a Quanah, TX site, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. Lead field activities and manage safety, cost control, and stakeholder engagement across teams.

You will drive schedule development, budget alignment, and subcontractor coordination while maintaining daily reporting and compliance with project specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, 8+ years preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion of medical physical examination.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules with activities and sequencing.
• Manage project budget in collaboration with Project Management.
• Coordinate subcontractors and develop/maintain look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against drawings, plans and scope.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, changes orders, and RFIs; manage submittals.
• Ensure safety and compliance; develop and execute ZAP and XMOP plans.
• Engage clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
