Integra is seeking a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee all project aspects on a Quanah, TX site, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. Lead field activities and manage safety, cost control, and stakeholder engagement across teams.
You will drive schedule development, budget alignment, and subcontractor coordination while maintaining daily reporting and compliance with project specs.

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of a project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while managing all the different teams and stakeholders involved. You will engage in job organization and field staff management including scheduling and assigning and monitoring workplace activities with careful attention to safety, cost control, and quality.
As an important contributor on a job site, you may be designated as the lead superintendent on smaller sized projects or as the Lead Superintendent of a particular scope on a larger project, ie: Structure, MEP, Interiors, etc.
